OK, the "cash-for-clunkers" or "cash-for-guzzlers" program has cleared both houses of Congress and is on its way to the White House for President Barack Obama's signature, which is likely. Now, you have questions, such as, "How do I cash in on this?"

Bill Ford is set to step aside as chief executive of Ford Motor Company. Replacing him is 61-year-old Alan Mulally, previously the boss of Boeing's commercial aircraft division.
